Can I change my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched we can help you with any changes that you may require.

When will my order ship?

Every order is crafted and delivered with care.  Whether in stock or pre-ordered, your item is handled with the attention to detail that defines our commitment to quality.  

Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Orders for items currently in stock are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are reserved in advance of their official release.  Estimated shipping windows are provided on each product page.  You will receive a shipping notification once your item is ready to ship.

How do I change my shipping address?

As long as your shipment has not been dispatched, we can change the shipping address for you. Please contact customer care and we will be happy to assist you.

When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive in:

Domestic Orders

3-5 business days with standard shipping (complimentary within the U.S.)

1-2 business days with expedited shipping (available at checkout)

International Orders

7-14 business days

Why is a signature required for delivery?

For security reasons, a signature is required for delivery. You may request your order to be delivered without a signature where you will assume all risk.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Should your item arrive damaged or defective, kindly email orders@sienawolf.com within 3 days of receipt so that we may assist you. 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to a select number of countries. If you have any questions please contact customer care and we will be happy to assist you.

What is the Preorder process?

Preorder items usually ship within 6-12 weeks, however, the estimated time window for delivery may vary and will be in the item description.

You will be contacted via email if there are any delays.

When purchasing preorder items, you will be charged immediately and receive a confirmation email that your order has been received.

You will receive notification when your item has shipped along with a tracking number.

Should you have any further questions regarding your preorder item please contact customer care and we will be happy to assist you.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns of items in their original perfect condition with dust bag
and tags attached, in their original packaging, and no sign of damage or wear
within 14 days of delivery. 

Kindly email returns@sienawolf.com to initiate a
return. Return shipping is free.

We are unable to accept and offer a refund for an item that is deemed
damaged, scratched or worn and without the original packaging. If a return is
not accepted, the item will be sent back to you and a refund will not be
issued.

Returns are processed within 3 business days and a full refund of the
purchase price will be made to the original form of
payment.

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to
exchange your item for another we ask that you first return your original item
following the requirements above and then purchase your new selection.

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your return. 

Please note: we are unable to accept returns outside of the 14
day return window.

What is your exchange policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange your item with another we ask that you return your item in accordance with our return policy and then purchase your new selection.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer elegant gift wrapping in white paper tied with a black satin ribbon. Simply email us your order number along with your request, and we'll be delighted to take care of the rest.
