Processing Times

In-Stock Items

Orders for items currently in stock are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are reserved in advance of their official release.  Estimated shipping windows are provided on each product page.  You will receive a shipping notification once your item is ready to ship.

Domestic Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping:  3-5 business Days

Expedited Shipping:  1-2 business days 

Delivery estimates begin once your item has shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

International Shipping

We ship to a select number of countries. If you have any questions please contact customer care and we
will be happy to assist you.

International shipping estimate:  7-14 business days

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.  We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address information.

Damaged or Defective Items

Should your item arrive damaged or defective, kindly email orders@sienawolf.com within 3 days of receipt so that we may assist you.
